To further assist breeders, CBS provides the service of making new crosses. Due to the temperate climate of the Esperance region, CBS is able to run a crossing program at any time of the year. Providing this service in conjunction with Single Seed Descent allows the breeder to plan at what stage they would like to re-introduce this new material into their program.
